DESCRIPTION:Delegates of the Third Committee of the 69th session of the UN 
 General Assembly adopted a resolution in which designated July 15 as a Wor
 ld Youth Skills Day.\n\n"The UN General Assembly invites all member states
 \, organizations of the UN system and other international and regional org
 anizations and civil society to mark the World Youth Skills Day appropriat
 ely\, taking into account national priorities\, including through awarenes
 s-raising campaigns\, events with the participation of volunteers and outr
 each activities\," reads the resolution.\n\nThe delegates of the General A
 ssembly expressed concern about the high number of unemployed young people
 \, which in 2013 is estimated amounted worldwide 74.5 million people".\n\n
