This is a stop motion animation which we crafted entirely out of LEGO to celebrate World Environment Day (WED) on the 5th June. LEGO being one the most used creative tools in our studio, we thought it was only appropriate to recycle our bricks into this animation. The video has been featured on the UNEP website for WED2015.

A labour of love, it took 50 hours of frame by frame animation, each frame taking anything from five minutes to one hour to build. We used over 1,000,000,00 LEGO bricks (ok that’s a lie, we haven’t actually counted) in 15 different colours.
