3pm Presentation and discussion. Louise Boston-Mammah from DEED -the centre for global education and learning serving Dorset and Hampshire – will talk about DEED’s work to promote black voices in Dorset through a range of black history projects, school workshops and teacher training in the context of multicultural Britain.
Louise’s presentation will be followed by a discussion about GLADE and BLM in Somerset, including contributions from the co-ordinators of Taunton BLM.
